Privacy Policy

Account information. Your email address, and (where provided) your name and the role your Team gives you. If you set a password, it is stored securely by our authentication provider as a salted hash — we never see or store it in plain text.

Content you upload or manage. Photos, videos, captions, comments, and related details that you or your Team upload to Dida’s. This content may include images of people, including minors, captured at sporting events (see “Content involving minors” below).

Device & notification data. When you enable notifications, we store a push-notification token for your device so we can alert you (for example, when content needs your review). You can turn notifications off at any time in your device settings.

Usage & log data. Basic technical information such as app version, general activity within the app, and error logs, used to keep the service working and secure.

We do notcollect precise location, contacts, health data, or advertising identifiers, and Dida’s contains no third-party advertising or tracking.

• To provide and operate Dida’s for your Team.
• To send you notifications and emails about your content (for example, feedback, approvals, and things that need your action).
• To publish content to the social-media accounts your Team connects, when a Team member chooses to post or schedule it.
• To keep the service secure, diagnose problems, and improve it.

We use your information only to provide the service. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.

We share information only with service providers that help us run Dida’s, and only as needed to provide the service. These include providers for:

• Authentication and database (account sign-in, app data).
• Cloud storage and content delivery (your photos and video).
• Transactional email and push-notification delivery.
• Website and app hosting.
• Social-media publishing, when your Team posts content to its own connected accounts.
• Optional AI features your Team may use to caption videos or generate graphics from content you provide.

These providers process information on our behalf under confidentiality obligations. We may also disclose information if required by law, or to protect the rights, safety, and security of our users and the service.

Dida’s is used by clubs whose events include young athletes, so content uploaded by a Team may include images of minors. Dida’s is not directed to children and is not intended for use by children; accounts are held by club staff and authorised adults.

Content is private to the uploading Team and is only made visible beyond it when that Team deliberately shares it — for example, by creating a share link or publishing to its own social accounts. Clubs are responsible for obtaining the consents they need (including from parents or guardians) before uploading or publishing images of minors. If you believe an image of a minor has been handled improperly, contact us at privacy@didasgallery.com and we will act promptly.

We keep account and content data for as long as your Team maintains its account and as needed to provide the service. When content or an account is deleted, we remove it from active systems; residual copies in backups are deleted on our regular backup cycle.

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us at privacy@didasgallery.com, or by asking your Team’s administrator. You can disable push notifications in your device settings at any time. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the Australian Privacy Act, the GDPR, or the CCPA; we honour those rights where they apply.

We protect your information with encryption in transit, access controls that scope data to your Team, short-lived signed URLs for media, and reputable infrastructure providers. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to safeguard your information.

Dida’s is operated from Australia and uses service providers that may process data in other countries. Where information is transferred internationally, we rely on providers that offer appropriate safeguards for that data.

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we’ll revise the “Effective” date above and, for material changes, provide notice within the app or by email.
